Particle support & account deletion

For help, payment questions, privacy requests, or moderation appeals, sign in and open Account → Help & support. Your requests and replies stay available there.

Delete your account

1. Download your data from Account settings and any attachments from Storage.
2. Transfer ownership of projects you want to keep with a team, or delete projects you own.
3. Open Account → Delete Particle account, review the details, and type DELETE to confirm.

This removes your profile, posts, authored messages, and uploads and cancels an existing Particle web subscription. Other people’s shared work remains. Your separate ChatGPT account and email inbox are unaffected. Read the privacy notice for retained safety and billing records.

If you connected an email, request a new sign-in code to recover access. If you only used ChatGPT, restore access with that provider first. A separate public support contact and native store support details must be configured before a store launch.
